CHRONIC was born out of a frustration with how trauma is often portrayed as an event with a beginning, middle, and end.

For many survivors of mass shootings, PTSD is not resolved through explanation or time. It lingers. It repeats. It becomes chronic. CHRONIC is meant to reach survivors, educators, clinicians, and viewers who may encounter it privately, slowly, and on their own terms.

This film is not about closure. It is about recognition.

This turns rejection into alignment, not failure.
